News and Events:

- To finish the project, each of the regions held 'port of call' events and Marine Futures was invited along. Many of the regions broadened the event to include other projects from the region:

(i) NACC's success forum was held on the 9th and 10th of October 2008

(ii) SWCC's open day, or Meelup Fesitval was held on the 6th of December

(iii) South Coast NRM held a series of Marine Futures workshops in the last week of November. General Public workshops were held in Esperance, Hopetoun and Albany plus the Marine Futures team visited school groups in each of these towns on request.

- Ports of Call in Esperance and Albany on the 5th and 12th of February 2007.  

- Fremantle Port of Call was held on the 13th December 2006 and the 17th May 2007.

- Successful Ports of Call on the 24th and 25th of November 2006 in Geraldton and Jurien Bay.

- The Biodiversity Indicators Workshop, 19th July, 2006
