Getting from the airport to UWA:

Taxi Fares:

From both the Domestic and the International Airport, fares are around $A40-45, both on weekdays and the weekend.

From the Domestic Airport to UWA

Take Bus 36 or 37 to the Esplanade Busport and then Bus 102 to Mountsbay Road, Crawley and leave the bus at the bus stop after Crawley Ave. This is in front of St. George's College - though on the opposite side of the road.

From the International Airport to UWA

The Fremantle shuttle can take you from the International Airport to UWA for $A 30. Please book online and tell the shuttle company your arrival information.

Climate:

Note that January is in the middle of summer in Perth which can be quite hot. Make sure you pack suitable clothes including a hat, sunglasses and sunscreen.

Welcome reception:

There will be a welcome reception on Sunday 4th of January. See the social activites page.

Registration:

Registration starts at 8:30 am in the University Club. There will be tea and coffee served upon arrival.
